These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 777co (the "Platform"). Access to and use of the 777co website, mobile app and all associated services is subject to full acceptance of these terms.

By registering an account, making a deposit in PKR, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any feature of the 777co platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms in their entirety. These terms apply alongside any additional rules published for specific products or promotions on the platform, which are incorporated by reference.

If there is any conflict between these general terms and a specific product rule or promotion, the specific rule will take precedence for that product or promotion only. In all other respects, these general terms govern the relationship between you and 777co.

To register and use the 777co platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777co is strictly an adult platform and we do not permit access to anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent, proxy or representative of a third party when placing bets or making transactions.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You must not have previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 777co for a breach of these terms.

Each player is permitted to hold one account on the 777co platform only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any inaccuracies discovered during routine checks may result in account suspension.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 777co support immediately and change your password without delay.
• 777co reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide these within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

Account registration is free. 777co will never charge a fee for opening or maintaining an account in good standing.

All transactions on the 777co platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage — your deposit, your balance and your winnings are all denominated in PKR.

777co supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed instantly in most cases
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits with fast processing
• Raast — interbank instant payment system supported for eligible accounts
• Bank Transfer — standard PKR bank transfers accepted

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. Deposits made from payment accounts that are not registered in your own name may be declined or flagged for review. 777co does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties.

Players may request a withdrawal of available funds from their 777co account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed in PKR only and paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account in your name.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section. These may differ depending on which payment method you select.
• Standard withdrawal requests via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours during business hours, subject to verification requirements.
• Bank Transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing times.
• 777co reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard security measure and not a reflection on the account holder.
• If a bonus was used, applicable wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering conditions will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• 777co does not charge a withdrawal processing fee on standard requests. Fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are not controlled by the platform.

All bets placed on the 777co sports betting section are subject to these general terms and the specific rules applicable to each sport or market. It is the player's responsibility to understand the betting rules for any market before placing a wager.

• Bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, edited or reversed after it has been accepted by the system.
• 777co reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of a clearly erroneous price (palpable error), system malfunction or corrupted data feed.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at 777co's discretion, particularly during key moments in a match such as wickets falling in cricket or goals in football.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 international, ODI and Test cricket — are subject to sport-specific rules regarding rain interruptions, DLS method application and match abandonment.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the relevant sports section and represent the maximum amount that can be won from a single bet regardless of the odds and stake.
• Arbitrage betting, the use of automated betting software, or coordinated bet placement across multiple accounts to exploit price differences is strictly prohibited.

The live casino, slots and fish games sections of 777co operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer studios, depending on the product type. All outcomes in these sections are determined independently of 777co's internal systems.

• Once a game round has started and a bet has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Results are final when the round concludes.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault before a round concludes, the round will either be completed when connectivity is restored or the stake will be returned to your account.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are provided by the game provider and are displayed within the individual game information where available.
• 777co does not accept any liability for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. Players are encouraged to review the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.
• Fish games are subject to their own specific rules regarding scoring, multipliers and payout structures as set by the game provider.

777co offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be stated clearly when the offer is communicated to you.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they — or winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds (where applicable) will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household and per payment account unless stated otherwise. Abuse of bonus offers across multiple accounts will result in forfeiture and account action.
• 777co reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after you have already opted in, your progress will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notification of new promotions. Promotional availability can always be checked in the promotions section of your account.

To maintain a fair and safe environment for all players, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777co platform:

• Opening more than one account or accessing the platform through accounts registered by other people on your behalf
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors or pricing mistakes — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of bets, casino games or fish game sessions
• Using deposit and withdrawal mechanisms for the purpose of money movement unrelated to genuine gameplay
• Providing false information during registration, verification or any communication with the 777co team
• Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour directed at 777co staff or other platform users

Violation of any prohibited conduct rule may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

777co is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a genuine practice, not just a policy statement. Online gaming and sports betting are forms of entertainment. They carry financial risk and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover money that has already been lost.

• Every 777co account includes self-management tools: daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, session time reminders and cooling-off periods.
• Players can activate self-exclusion from their account settings at any time. Self-exclusion prevents access to the account for a defined period and cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends.

• If a live bet or casino game round is interrupted due to a platform outage before the outcome is determined, the round will be settled according to available data or the stake will be returned.
• 777co accepts no liability for losses resulting from unavailability of the platform, missed betting opportunities or delays in payment processing caused by third-party systems such as JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank infrastructure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777co's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. 777co shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the platform
• Loss of profits, anticipated savings or opportunities not realised due to platform unavailability
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers including but not limited to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and banking institutions
• Losses resulting from a player sharing their account credentials with a third party
• Technical faults in a player's own device, browser or internet connection that affect their gaming session

Nothing in these terms limits 777co's liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

777co reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified through the platform — typically via an in-app notification or a notice displayed on the website at next login.

Continued use of the 777co platform after any changes to these terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned via your registered payment method.
